Communication & System Integration Corporation (CSIC), a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), provides installation and onsite technical support for existing and future C4ISR programs for SPAWAR and the US NAVY. CSIC personnel have installed major changes affecting entire systems including the COMBAT DF (CDF) Computer Obsolescence Upgrade (COR), CDF Digital Audio Upgrade, COBLU, and Ships Signal Exploitation Equipment Increment E (SSEE-E), to name a few. CSIC personnel have the SIGINT/IO system knowledge that provides the ability to effectively recommend and implement improvements of deficiencies or to provide additional capabilities in the most effective and cost efficient way. CSIC has designed, developed, and integrated system changes and modifications, integrated those designs into fielded systems, and provided the technical support that assures that the SIGINT/IO systems satisfy the needs of the users.

CSIC capabilities include design, development, and integration of shipboard electronic systems, preparation of Installation kits for shipboard installation, Environmental testing of shipboard systems including Test Plan, Test Procedures, test direction, and Test Reports as well as technical support and troubleshooting of shipboard Cryptologic systems.
